At Growpire Private Limited, operating under Growpire Crafts, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Handmade items with minor variations (as they are not defects)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@growpirecrafts.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order ID and reason for return
- Attach clear images/videos of the product (if damaged/defective)
Once approved:
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable)
- Or you may be asked to self-ship the product
4. REFUND POLICY
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
We offer replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in the order
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
6. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost
- For other cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed if cancellation is approved.
8. FAILED DELIVERY / RTO ORDERS
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct shipping and handling charges
- Cancel future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
